REFLECTION QUESTIONFood Choose Organic IngredientsMany people say that “you can’t feed the world with just organic food.” How would you respond to that statement?
Aron Zachary 8/06/2020 12:07 AMIn an ideal world where we buy, sell, and trade locally and in season, I believe that informed consumers could have the means to at the very least, feed themselves and their families on solely organic foods, but this takes some serious commitment with the plethora of tempting indulgences that are plentiful and tasty. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONFood Locally-Sourced MealsIf you were to only eat what is in season locally from now on, what would be the most difficult food item for you to give up? Why?
Aron Zachary 7/28/2020 11:20 AMI believe that foods are at their best when they are in season. I prefer to consume fruits and vegetables when they are at this optimal level, and sometimes fresh frozen is a good way to get what you want in the off season. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONSimplicity MeditateWhat would you like to invest more time in reflecting on?
Aron Zachary 6/18/2020 9:47 PMFaith and Family are two things that I want to reflect on more often. -
