Reflecting on my life decisions and to calm my head down as their is many things in my life going on so its important to just have moments of silence to reflect. So just relax for the moment is what i would like to do.

Hannah OBrien 7/24/2021 11:08 AMI think that a lot of stress that people have in their daily lives is the constant running around to do our daily tasks and college and working. I understand 100% that sometimes silence and a moment to yourself is a necessary time. Yesterday I sat for about 15 minutes heavily thinking and it did help me feel quite better.
