    Reflecting on my life decisions and to calm my head down as their is many things in my life going on so its important to just have moments of silence to reflect. So just relax for the moment is what i would like to do.

      I think that a lot of stress that people have in their daily lives is the constant running around to do our daily tasks and college and working. I understand 100% that sometimes silence and a moment to yourself is a necessary time. Yesterday I sat for about 15 minutes heavily thinking and it did help me feel quite better.

    Health Reduce refined sugar
    Before you started this challenge, did you think you were 'addicted' to sugar? How do you feel now?

    I don't think i was addicted to sugar as I did not consume a lot of it. Its something that i consumed occasionally  feel better now  I stopped consuming sugar products and it has made me feel better. I am now drinking plenty of water instead sugary drinks and feel more relax.

      Hi Christian! That's really good now that you been drinking more water rather than sugary drinks. For myself, I feel like I am addicted to sugar because every time I drink tea or coffee, I have to put sugar if not, it doesn't taste the same. However, I am trying to lower my sugar intake to stay healthier.

    What is one food choice that you make, or could make, that would do more good and less harm?

    So one of the food choices that I picked when I went to one of my friends farmer`s  market was a pear. The Pear was grown naturally in their pear tree and I feel that it did more good in getting it from homegrown tree because of how it was grown naturally and also it had no weird chemicals in it.

      The processed foods we eat are not very good for us and the environment, so we should be more conscious of our foods. Great job for going to a farmers market! Supporting our local vendors is a great way to help our community as well.
