    I chew more times when I am mindful eating, meanwhile I eat larger chunks of food while watching something else.

    Actively listening to somebody creates such a feeling that the other person will notice that you truly care for them. We both benefitted by feeling welcomed to talk about anything.

      I agree, when someone is actively listening to you there's a sense of trust and it feels like they care about you. This can help both people build meaningful relationships.

    I would like to always sleep exactly 8 hours, as that is what gives the most energy to be ready the next day.

    Honesty, open-mindedness, and consistency. I narrowed it down to these being my core values, because that is what I believe the best way to communicate with others, meanwhile having a positive impact.
