Spencer Booker 7/22/2021 3:56 PMHello Ibiyinka,
Yes, we need to evaluate food security. I didn't know the importance of food serenity management until this unit. If it was taken seriously maybe one day we can end world hunger.

I will make an appointment for my annual physical.
I will commute by bike 3 mile(s) each day and avoid sending up to (___) lbs of CO2 into Earth's atmosphere.

I will spend 70 minutes practicing Loving-Kindness Meditation to nurture love and compassion for myself and others.
I will cut my car trip mileage by only taking necessary trips.
I will fix faucets or report leaky faucets to facilities that have been wasting up to 9 gallons (34 L) of water a day or 270 (1,020 L) gallons of water a month per faucet.
I will spend 25 minutes finding out where landfills and/or toxic waste sites are situated in my region and which communities are most impacted by these sites.
I will avoid wasting water while waiting for the shower or sink to heat up.
I will save up to 15 gal (56 L) of water a day or 450 gal (1,680 L) a month by installing a low-flow showerhead.
Reflection, encouragement, and relationship building are all important aspects of getting a new habit to stick.
Share thoughts, encourage others, and reinforce positive new habits on the Feed.
To get started, share “your why.” Why did you join the challenge and choose the actions you did?
