    I think overall it really just makes me a more positive person and makes me feel good about myself.

    Social media can keep us connected with loved ones, make us laugh, and help us to learn new things. It can also create echo chambers and take more time than we realize or intend to give. After completing this action for a few days, how do you feel? What do you notice?

    I definitely felt like I was a lot more productive with my life and got a lot more stuff done each day.

    What have you noticed about your purchases? Where are you inclined to make shifts, if any?

    What I notice is that I spend a lot of money on unnecessary things. For one, I spend way too much money on Starbucks, and I think that I could save a lot more money if I limited myself per week on how many times I go.

    I would definitely say that observed through sight. When sitting outside each day, I really just focused on what was around me rather then what I could hear or smell.

    To incorporate other personal values into my exercise routine, I could do things like go on walks with my friends.
