REFLECTION QUESTIONHealth Joyful MovementWhat's your favorite activity(ies) in which you experience joy while being active and moving?
James Mills 4/20/2022 12:00 PMI danced to music after I spent an extended time at my desk. It was something I used to do in the past but that I stopped doing as the isolation caused me to become lethargic. It felt good to get back into it.-
Eva Santoyo 4/20/2022 12:14 PMI agree, that enjoying simple things such as enjoying music can cause us to be happy. It is easy to become lethargic. But once we start doing an activity we enjoy we should be able to become better throughout the day.

REFLECTION QUESTIONNature Go for a Daily WalkHow do you experience your neighborhood or city differently when walking instead of driving?
James Mills 4/20/2022 11:57 AMI have noticed more regarding the homeless population that wanders in my area. I've known about them but to actually see where they congregate and the conditions they seem to be living with is enlightening.-
Nordia Rendon 4/21/2022 1:03 PMHey James, interesting observation about the homeless living in your area. Similar to you I was able to get a closer view of the conditions in which homeless people live in. I was also able to admire the different gardens and architecture around my neighborhood more closely when walking versus when driving.
