Doing a daily gratitude list has been a really great addition to my mindfulness practice! I have found that it has helped get my thinking differently about the stuff I 'need'. I've been really thinking before purchasing anything over the last week, and making sure it's actually something I need or at least trying to make sure that what I DO need that I buy is environmentally friendly.
