Carry things out in your hands? In a cart? Accept a disposable one? If you find yourself in this position often, what system could you put in place to try to create a successful habit of not using plastic bags?

REFLECTION QUESTIONWater Say No to Plastic StrawsWhat single-use items (e.g. straws, coffee cups, vegetable bags, plastic bags) do you regularly use? What could be substituted instead?
Layla Foz 11/22/2018 6:39 AMI use straws and simply stopped using them. For coffee cups I bring my own mud when I get coffee, I try to pick the vegetables with no bags but when I need to buy like almonds I bring socks to the super market. I'm still working on the no plastic water bottle/cup but I try to remind myself to bring a reusable bottle. I bring my chopsticks instead of using plastic forks as well. -

REFLECTION QUESTIONSimplicity Go For A Daily Walk OutsideFresh air and movement are good for our entire being and can help us think more clearly and creatively. How does taking a walk each day affect yourself and/or your work?
Layla Foz 11/22/2018 6:33 AMIt made me have a clearer look into my relationships and what I needed to change in me because a lot of days I choose to go out on a walk in my moment of anger, and instead of reacting agressivelly I take my time to think it through during my walk. Also, I had make ideas during walks.
