    Due to the pandemic, my family tries to not use our cars as much. We are not going as many places and we are trying to reduce the amount of fuel we put into the environment.

    In my house, we always make sure when the sun is facing certain sides of the house we keep the curtains open to help heat the house with the sunlight. Otherwise, when it is warm out we close the curtains to keep it cool inside.

    I never use the dryer anymore. I got a clothes rack that I hang all my clothes on when they come out of the washer. This way I am saving energy by not using the dryer.

    For that past month, I have switched to using cold water to wash my clothes.

    I got my virtual annual check-up a few weeks ago. I met with my doctor to see if I had any new health concerns.

    I did not use water when I brush my teeth, I never leave the water running whenever I do use water.

    Choosing two-sided printing can be an easy adjustment on your computer settings. How can you help others make this same switch? Can it be encouraged company wide?

    For arts and crafts night I printed out my coloring pages back to back instead of on separate pieces of paper.

    Im watching my sleep now! And going to bed 45 mins earlier to get more sleep during the week

    Simplicity Go For A Daily Walk Outside
    Fresh air and movement are good for our entire being and can help us think more clearly and creatively. How does taking a walk each day affect yourself and/or your work?

    Even though it was cold out, it was nice to feel the change of the seasons from winter to spring today. My recognizing change in your surroundings, you may also see the changes in yourself or your work. The improvements over time can be more appreciated when it is accompanied by warmer weather and sunnier skies.

    How can you prevent yourself from accumulating more unnecessary things in the future?

    I could use the "need versus want" mindset and see how necessary certain items are and why they should be kept.
