I compost my food wastes everyday. Both my Bokashi composting bins are full and I have more compost than I need currently. In IKEA I saw a container labelled with "COMPOST". I am going to create a garden corner on our balcony where I can store ready compost and give it away to friends, family or other tenants of the building block...
