I have once again forgotten to keep at this every day, and the end is almost here. However, I think this was a very fun experience.

I don't find myself encountering any barriers in using reusable bottles. It's something I've always done, and I've never really felt hindered or annoyed.

Personally a windowsill garden works best because I'm in a dorm room, but growing green onion is extremely easy.

  • REFLECTION QUESTION
Action Track: Building Resilience Join a Local CSA
Dependable fresh food, better prices (cutting out carbon-heavy supply chain and grocery stores), supporting local farmers and building resilient communities are just a few benefits of local food systems. Which of these benefits (or others not listed here) inspires you the most?

Supporting local farmers inspires me the most, because more and more farmers are getting bought out by big corporations leading to less locally sourced food.

  • REFLECTION QUESTION

Set up local fresh markets, this will give people access to what is around them. By selecting more locally sourced food, you encourage others to do the same.
