    Waste Use Reusable Bags
What do you do if you find yourself in the situation of needing a bag for items but don't have a reusable one with you or aren't allowed to use the one you brought? Carry things out in your hands? In a cart? Accept a disposable one? If you find yourself in this position often, what system could you put in place to try to create a successful habit of not using plastic bags?

I found my self buying a plastic bag when products were sold with plastic. I also found myself in situations where I would run into conflicts with the cashier when using an alternative reusable bag or metal containers to carry and contain produce at grocery stores. System I place is writing notes in phone about the weight of my reusable bag and containers. I would also place a small reusable bag into my bag whenever I will go anywhere.

Water is not only used for consumption in our daily lives but it has other important functions. We use water for various other purposes such as for agriculture and health. We fully benefit from the uses of water and without access to water and clean water, humans would greatly suffer. That is why it is important to find sustainable ways to conserve and use water.

Hawaii's energy grid get energy from solar, wind, hydro, geothermal, but the main form of energy is fossil fuels more specifically petroleum. This obviously isn't great for the environment because harmful chemical are released into the air we breathe. Infrastructure for energy has even invaded the ocean with massive piped leading out into the ocean at electric beach.

Practicing gratitude keeps me centered and motivated to work because it reassures myself that I am grateful for everything happening in my life and it gives myself a purpose and reason to push myself everyday. Gratitude helps me work for a better world because it shows me what this world has given me to succeed and gives me a motive to try and make the world better by preserving its natural resources and choosing eco friendly alternatives.

I definitely haven't checked in as much as I liked. But I've taken the actions I've selected seriously and do them almost daily :)
