    "Exposure to hazardous substances in the air, water, soil, and food. Natural and technological disasters." In Delaware big manufacturing companies like DuPont water contaminated the water which is detrimental to overall health.

    How does eating more fruits and vegetables and less meat positively affect yourself, other people, and our planet?

    Fruit and veggies help people on a health level because they contain vitamins and other nutrients that junk food doesn't offer. those things can help with overall health, skin, mood and so much more. When people feel better they are probably more motivated to spread kindness.
