    Mindful eating is healthier for us than eating with distractions. How do your eating experiences differ when practicing mindfulness?

    when eating not being distracted its been making me very peaceful and have allowed me to enjoy my foods and focus on what I'm eating rather than shoving it down my throat.

    I have been actually going to the gym with my 2 cousins and having them help me push me to stay on task and actually been having a lot more fun and motivation to keep going.

    my favorite activity to do is playing basketball because I love the idea that I can get a workout and have a peaceful mind doing it.

    How is electricity generated where you live? How does it impact the environment, animals, and humans?

    the dams are ways that electricity are generated.  it has been making bills very cheap because all the electricity the dams provide has made it very simple to find clean water and allows humans to always have clean water.

    I’m sorry this image is sideways, but I have started investing time into planning out my day and preliminaries for the beginning week. It’s a lot of work but I find it super helpful especially in finding determined down time.

    How do you practice self care?

    Ways I practice self care is watching what I eat but mostly going outside and exercising because that’s one way that I believe will keep you up and going . Another self care is brushing my teeth and cleaning my face to make sure I’m staying hygiene and clean

    So far I think I’m doing pretty good because I’m seeing a lot of changes in my health and my surroundings to make it a better place

    things people can do locally is not just taking sips out of water bottles and leaving the rest go to waste and throwing it . I think if you leave a water bottle you should at least dumb it out on plants or put it out for animals to drink so it doesn't goto waste.

    staying focus and working on yourself and reflecting what you're doing good in life will help you feel like you are accomplishing something in the world and it keeps you motivated to keep going forward.
