You can always invite friends and make it a more personal experience. This could also keep you motivated when working out.

Waste Use a Reusable Water Bottle
While water bottles are needed for health and safety in certain places, we can do more to reduce the unnecessary use of them. What are the barriers to you using reusable bottles and tap water instead of bottled water? How could you make this a permanent habit?

  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Water 5-Minute Showers
Name some of the human activities impacting the health of water systems, both locally (your watershed) and globally (freshwater and oceans). What can you do to improve the health of water systems?

Contaminating the water with toxins hurts the water supply. Also, using too much water lessens the supply. I can help the water system by using less water. I can also be more mindful about my water supply and where I get it. For example, plastic bottles, well water, etc.

I can take my exercise outdoors to be in nature. I can take a run outside or stretch outside if it is a nice day. I can also exercise with friends to socialize more.

It is easier to buy a water bottle where ever I am instead of carrying a reusable one with me that I might lose. I can commit to reusable water bottles by remembering to carry it with me like I would a purse or wallet.

I spent this weekend at my cabin and observed lots of wildlife and scenic views. I smelled fresh air, saw the once known as the Rocky Mountain elk that were reintroduced to Northern PA, and plenty of white tailed deer looking for a hunting spot in the fall.
