    in Oahu Hawaii the water source is from an aquifer and if you don't know much about where it come from or what it is the best way to find out or know more is by having google to find resources

    I think that its the best way to be thankful for the things you have and for life. it helps keep me centered by kindness and to be motivated by staying positive and always trying to laugh

      Going off of what you said: keeping a healthy mindset and caring for your mental health can also help with activism and furthering the sustainability movement. Only good things can come from kindness!

    Yes, sugar is a weak spot for me and it still is. Honestly I have tried to cut out sugars and one of the best things I have been able to do is not drink soda.

    What single-use items (e.g. straws, coffee cups, vegetable bags, plastic bags) do you regularly use? What could be substituted instead?

    instead of using plastic bags I have been using reusable bags that I continue to take with me each time I go shopping

    I think that you are able to see more that is around you. You are more aware of the things that is near you instead of missing them when you drive. This is because when you drive you have to pay attention to others. When you walk you it can be alot more peaceful.
