  • REFLECTION QUESTION
Waste Use a Reusable Water Bottle
While water bottles are needed for health and safety in certain places, we can do more to reduce the unnecessary use of them. What are the barriers to you using reusable bottles and tap water instead of bottled water? How could you make this a permanent habit?

I don't think I have much of a sweet tooth, but I'm becoming more aware of the way refined sugar can sneakily appear in foods that aren't necessarily "sweets" and trying to avoid those. Store-bought breads are a frequent culprit of hidden sugar!
  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Health Eliminate Toxic Plastics
What single-use items (e.g. straws, coffee cups, vegetable bags, plastic bags) do you regularly use? What could be substituted instead?

I use single use plastic when I buy bread.  I am trying to bake more bread.
