I'm glad I choice this as one of my action items. I think mindfulness is important in general, and eating mindfully allows me to live more intentionally. :)
  • REFLECTION QUESTION

This wasn't as hard as I thought it would be and I want to continue to limit my screen time even once the campus challenge ends :)

Dependable fresh food, better prices (cutting out carbon-heavy supply chain and grocery stores), supporting local farmers and building resilient communities are just a few benefits of local food systems. Which of these benefits (or others not listed here) inspires you the most?

I've been wanting to find more ways to be more sustainable in my daily life. This campus ecochallenge has allowed me to achieve this by giving me many simple ideas that I could have already been doing. I love how its organized and how much it has been motivating me to change my lifestyle to better help the Earth :)
