    When you are eating mindful you can really taste all the nutrients and you take your time to eat.

    I noticed how many things I can get done by being off of my phone. It wasn't hard to choose other activities over screen time. I decided to go to the gym and workout.

    Showing gratitude gives off a positive vibe and reflects over onto others around you. Being introduce to a good vibe can change the environment around you.

    Canning and pickling food is a great way to have delicious summer fruits and vegetables all year round. Just make sure to follow the canning and pickling guidelines from the USDA or another trusted source. What are some foods that you would like to preserve and enjoy later in the year?

    Some good food I would want to preserve would have to be seafood such as crabs, shrimps. lobster tails and stuff along those lines.

    I think that you can't feed everyone with organic food because most will be use to how their food is regularly processed.
