Every night when I leave work, I am start to get into the habit of shutting my computer down.

Usually, I just close the computer....getting better at remembering to power off. *thumbs up*

Team, I set up 13 new challenges for myself over the next two weeks.  A few pretty simple daily stuff that I should do anyway, like spend time outside.  Most though are bigger and things that I might not otherwise fit into my days/weeks.  I'm excited to see how many I can integrate into my lifestyle and maintain over the entire challenge.

I definitely pay more attention to my surrounds. I get to hear the birds, I get to experience the silence. stopping to check out the last bit of color on bushes and trees.

Today, I walked throughout the ridges on my lunch break! Beautiful and peaceful.

I am lucky enough to be able to walk to my local market and pick up any necessities. Not only do I get to enjoy the nature, but also avoid any car emissions!!!

    Waste Use a Reusable Mug
Maybe you've heard how good it is to switch from a single use coffee cup to a reusable one, but it's just hard to make the switch. What stands in your way of making this a habit? By identifying the challenges, you can begin to work through them to have better success in taking this action. Knowing the difference you are making, how does it make you feel?

Today I made the decision to brew my own coffee (Silverbridge yum!) instead of buying one in a plastic single use container!
