    Food security is more immediately important than healthcare but I think they're both incredibly important.  Many past/present socialist countries have prioritized food sovereignty along with high-quality universal healthcare because those things are essential for survival.

    I use water to drink, cook, bathe, clean, etc. It is an essential part of our day to day lives whether we realize it or not. My mom bought a water dispenser a few years ago so now instead of plastic bottles we buy jugs and refill reusable water bottles.
