Being outside is a good distraction from technology, social media, and many draining distractions for our brains. Being outside connects us back to the planet and personally, makes me feel more centered, organized, and calm on a mental level.

Growing and manufacturing food resources a hefty amount of resources. Water, fuel, and packaging are all natural resources that seem to become more limited by the day. To produce commercial goods, we consume so many resources that will becoming sparing in the future. Transporting food costs energy for refrigeration and the travel, which both output greenhouse gasses into our atmosphere. Emissions lead to global warming and a chain-reaction of negative effects.
