I regularly use plastic bags when I go shopping.  I could bring reusable bags with me whenever I go to a store to eliminate my use of plastic bags.

I try to get around 8 hours of sleep every night.  I hope to shift my sleep patterns so that I go to bed earlier and am able to then wake up earlier.  I find that putting my phone away 30 minutes before I go to sleep helps to aid in getting to sleep faster.

Waste Use a Reusable Water Bottle
While water bottles are needed for health and safety in certain places, we can do more to reduce the unnecessary use of them. What are the barriers to you using reusable bottles and tap water instead of bottled water? How could you make this a permanent habit?

Disposable water bottles are a convenience which can make them appealing but by making sure I always have a reusable water bottle with me and owning several I can eliminate my need for them.
