I've been a lot better about weekly meal planning. I've been actually having a list of recipes I want to try throughout the week or two weeks when I go grocery shopping. This makes it easier to stick to my list and grocery shop with intent and not just buy a bunch of ingredients that don't go together and can't cook a meal out of. 

I feel most connected to my school campus during campus events, where I am able to talk with people who care about similar things and share with people who have never heard of some of the sustainability topics like the ones we have been learning in class!

I went vegetarian this week and it has been great! I got a vegan cookbook and im excited to try more recipes! 

On campus, solar panels are used to generate electricity.

I usually buy coffee's often, but lately I've been bringing my reusable cup! I didn't know if they'd accept it because of COVID, but they did! I am trying to be consistent but sometimes I forget...
