February 2 at 10:02 PMwhen eating not being distracted its been making me very peaceful and have allowed me to enjoy my foods and focus on what I'm eating rather than shoving it down my throat.

January 24 at 9:02 AMWays I practice self care is watching what I eat but mostly going outside and exercising because that’s one way that I believe will keep you up and going . Another self care is brushing my teeth and cleaning my face to make sure I’m staying hygiene and clean

January 23 at 10:35 AMthings people can do locally is not just taking sips out of water bottles and leaving the rest go to waste and throwing it . I think if you leave a water bottle you should at least dumb it out on plants or put it out for animals to drink so it doesn't goto waste.
