  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Health More Fruits and Veggies
How does eating more fruits and vegetables and less meat positively affect yourself, other people, and our planet?

Plant-based products such as fruits and veggies are much more sustainable and have a much smaller carbon footprint than meat products, so a primarily plant-based diet can positively impact the earth. It is also better for you and your health will improve with a plant-based diet, as long as you make sure you get enough nutrients that you need.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Health Healthy Sleep
Consider how many hours of sleep you get now. How would you like to shift your sleep patterns? What are you finding works for you to be successful in this action?

I would like to shift my sleep pattern to get more sleep. I feel that if I eat dinner earlier, I will get to bed earlier and be more well-rested the next day.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION

There are many ways to incorporate quality time with friends and spending time in nature into your exercise routine. For example, you could exercise in nature in a park, or exercise in a group of friends every day.

  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Food Reduce Animal Products
Why do people in richer countries eat more meat than people in other places? How does eating more meat affect our planet and other people?

    Claire Stella's avatar
    Claire Stella 3/27/2020 3:38 PM
People in richer countries probably eat more meat because it is more available to them and also they eat more in general because they can afford to. Eating more meat releases more greenhouse gases released into the atmosphere, especially methane. These gases speed up climate change and pollute the atmosphere.
