    I like to turn off my lights and utilize natural light from the sun to light up my room because it is more energy efficient and the artificial light is not as pretty as natural light.

    Practicing gratitude makes me motivated to keep the things that make me happy in my life and to work harder to appreciate what I already have instead of focusing on what I don't.

    Plant-based products such as fruits and veggies are much more sustainable and have a much smaller carbon footprint than meat products, so a primarily plant-based diet can positively impact the earth. It is also better for you and your health will improve with a plant-based diet, as long as you make sure you get enough nutrients that you need.

    I would like to shift my sleep pattern to get more sleep. I feel that if I eat dinner earlier, I will get to bed earlier and be more well-rested the next day.

    There are many ways to incorporate quality time with friends and spending time in nature into your exercise routine. For example, you could exercise in nature in a park, or exercise in a group of friends every day.
