November 30 at 9:23 PMI've found that meditating helps me a lot. After learning to use it as an outlet for stress and other emotions from my therapist, I've come to appreciate its pragmatic outcomes. It's a very useful tool to recall mindfulness into daily stressful and anxiety-arousing situations.

November 30 at 9:20 PMIf I forget to bring a bag, I am more likely to purchase a reusable bag if the store offers one. That way, I feel less guilty about purchasing a bag. If the store does not offer its own reusable bag, I'll force myself to carry the items out in my purse or in my hands. However, I do like to have a reusable bag in my car or in my purse for...

November 30 at 5:55 PMI think the first way to address systematic racism like the one presented would be to use your own voice to speak out about it. You can also support more minority businesses regularly, by purchasing goods and services from them instead of large chains.

November 29 at 11:20 AMI found replacing my screentime with other activities fairly easy. I am a huge advocate for going outside and being active, so it was fun to stop staring at a screen for a little bit each day. I mostly decided to spend my time doing physical activities such as working our, or practicing yoga, as well as some form of art.
