I have been doing my challenges everyday but not sure how to log them. Anyway, I have been mediating everyday for a long time and really see the benefits. I enjoy meditation before bed, but also enjoy finding just a few minutes in the morning to stretch and meditate before starting my busy days. I believe anyone who practices meditation will find their own unique benefits.

Listening to music or podcasts while I run is very enjoyable to me. I also have really liked being able to run outside.

I would like to invest more time in reflecting on my daily "small successes." I think we all start to look over of little things throughout our days (like making it to the gym that day or striking up an uncomfortable conversation or completing an assignment), which are actually tiny success that I personally shouldn't look over so quickly because they eventually add up to big successes or at least, personal growth.

    Waste Use a Reusable Mug
Maybe you've heard how good it is to switch from a single use coffee cup to a reusable one, but it's just hard to make the switch. What stands in your way of making this a habit? By identifying the challenges, you can begin to work through them to have better success in taking this action. Knowing the difference you are making, how does it make you feel?

It's hard for me to make the switch because the cafeteria doesn't have reusable coffee cups.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Waste Use Reusable Bags
What do you do if you find yourself in the situation of needing a bag for items but don't have a reusable one with you or aren't allowed to use the one you brought? Carry things out in your hands? In a cart? Accept a disposable one? If you find yourself in this position often, what system could you put in place to try to create a successful habit of not using plastic bags?

I usually use my pockets or  a cart if I drove. I could leave a reusable bag in my vehicle or just plan ahead if I walk.
