May 6 at 8:27 PMEverytime I write three things Im grateful, it adds stability, focus, and gratitude into my day. Also I complete this challenge in the morning, making me feel the slightest bit more accomplished before I start my day.

May 6 at 11:06 AMWriting the three things I am thankful for every day increases the success of starting my day. Thankfulness is an awesome thing and thanking someone even for the smallest things goes a long way.
