November 30 at 12:43 AMNow I never turn on the lights when it is light out. Now I will always open the window and let natural light in and only turn on lights when it is absolutely necessary.

November 30 at 12:38 AMEvery time that I leave a room now I make sure that all lights are off and that if I am not using a electronic device that it is unplugged because even if something is off and it is still plugged in it takes energy

November 24 at 11:40 PMI feel like it does ring true to me. There is something about spending time in nature that is undesirable. Breathing the air on top of your hike or even looking at the ocean wave crash something about it is just breath taking. This builds emotional connection to nature that you become more attached and appreciate a lot more for what the planet...

November 24 at 11:37 PMSome ways I would like shift my sleeping patterns is by following a schedule and sticking to it. Some ways would be sleeping early and waking up early. I feel like this benefits me by increasing my productivity and having more energy by not getting enough hours of sleep.

November 24 at 11:34 PMActively listening to someone is very nice because you are able to talk to and fully understand what one another are trying to say. Both individuals benefit by increasing their communication skills and learn how to actively listen.
