March 7 at 9:26 AMplastic bags. Although I don't intentionally choose the bags, most of the time there the only thing provided or I forgot my reusable bags. I got to work on remembering my reusable bags and say no to plastic. I have been able to encourage/inspire my family to use reusable bags instead of plastic ones.

March 4 at 5:04 PMMy eco Challenges are going pretty well. I watched the sunrise and sunset today! It was beautiful! I went down to the lake early this morning to watch the sunrise. Waking up early to experience this was totally worth it! Although it was really cold!

February 22 at 8:06 AMWith the amount of sleep I have gotten currently I feel as if I need to make my schedule more constant with thee times I sleep. Since I try to take naps it messes up my schedule daily (especially on weekends when I work). In order to find what works best for me would be setting the same time everyday to wake up and to go to sleep.
