In my region, I do not believe that we can sustain our water resources as it is in very high demands at all time. So if our reservoir runs low, then we would have to pump even more water from underground. People just need to lessen their water usage.

It's going really well and fun

Some foods I want to preserve and enjoy is pickling vegetables like carrots and cucumber. I also want to try it with fruits, such as strawberries, grapes, and peaches. I am able to enjoy food and help our environment, so I plan to continue preserving food.

This past week, I went on a run in my neighborhood and it was very calming and peaceful. I enjoyed being surrounded by nature and I was active. Running outdoors was therapeutic for me.

No, it does not surprise me that the average family of four spends 1.5k on food that they throw out because of reasons including expiration dates, rot, and other significant problem that might have cause the food to get thrown out. Instead of over buying certain food items that cannot be consumed in that amount of time, we should put that money...

When we're inside we can watch movies or documentaries about nature but it's not the same as being there physically. I do feel that spending more time outdoors can help alleviate a little bot of stress since it's just you and...

The main thing that can be done by the average individual to help fight these types of oppressions is to spend money at the POC owned businesses. By using your dollar you show that these businesses are strong viable options for investment and fiscal support. It was difficult for me to believe just how few POC owned businesses there were around...

I often find myself using a myriad of single use items. In particular sandwich bags, plastic bags, and straws tend to be the most common. I have been able to limit my use of plastic bags by using a tote bag recently. The straws can be eliminated by me either buying a metal straw, or simply opting out of taking one. However, I do not know what...

Fruits and Vegetables! That has to be the best food choice for not only me but my 2 year old daughter who is learning about the foods that are good for her. Everyone should definitely eat more fruits and vegetables! we even started planting our own in our backyard which has been nothing less than amazing to experience and watch her experience...
