    My challenges are going good

    I plan on using this money to invest in products that will help me live healthy and harmless lifestyle.

    My challenge is going very well. I pay much more attention when taking plastic bags in stores and straws in restaurants. I feel more present when eating without distraction. This gives me a chance to to think about things that I do not usually think about.

    Doing color guard allows me to get in a workout basically everyday while spending time with my friends. In addition, going on runs and hiking with a friend can be beneficial as it allows you to spend time with someone while getting in a workout and connecting with the outdoors!

    Sometimes it can be challenging to make the switch when having a reusable cup is accessible. For example, if I'm out and all of a sudden I decide I want coffee but don't have my reusable cup, it can be very tempting to just go for the single use. Now I try to bring a reusable cup/mug with me so I know I won't have to waste a single use.

    Water keeps us hydrated and with the nutrients we need for the body.

    When you are eating mindful you can really taste all the nutrients and you take your time to eat.

    I noticed how many things I can get done by being off of my phone. It wasn't hard to choose other activities over screen time. I decided to go to the gym and workout.

    I refuse to use a straw and lid when getting a drink from Stevenson dining hall. I also put my recyclables into the recycling bins. I can also reuse the cups or use my reusable water bottle.
