April 14 at 11:27 AMAfter taking the time to cut down my social media, I notice I feel better in my everyday life. I am more present and engaged with my friends when they are in the room with me, and I find myself doing other better and entertaining activities like getting outside, reading for pleasure, or that I have more time for homework.
